Lantech, a global leader in packaging equipment, specializes in stretch wrapping, case handling, and shrink-wrapping machines. Known for its innovation and high-performance solutions, Lantech serves a diverse, international customer base across various industries. As the company continued to expand its global reach, it recognized the need to elevate its online presence with a new website that catered to regional audiences, improved user experience, and strengthened its international brand awareness.

Objective

Lantech’s primary objectives were:

  • Increase global brand awareness and recognition.
  • Nurture prospects through the consideration and buying journey.
  • Drive purchase intent across diverse end-customer personas.
  • Improve ease of access to support resources for existing customers.
  • Enhance website functionality, usability, accessibility, security, and SEO.

Approach

Lounge Lizard collaborated closely with the Lantech team, conducting a comprehensive discovery session to understand their audience, industry, and competition. We designed and developed a multi-region website to deliver tailored content for specific geographic areas. Leveraging Cloudflare, the site automatically directed users to region-specific content, while Gtranslate allowed content translation into German and Chinese, ensuring multilingual support. Additionally, the design adhered to 2023/2024 trends like minimalistic design, bold typography, half-dark mode, and custom modules.

Our team worked diligently with Lantech, holding many meetings to ensure their goals were met. The new design simplified navigation, improved accessibility, and required fewer clicks for form submissions, enhancing the user journey across all touchpoints.

Impact

The redesigned website now supports Lantech’s global expansion, seamlessly delivering region-specific content. Lantech enhanced its connection with customers worldwide by offering localized content in multiple languages, from prospects researching solutions to existing clients seeking product support.

  • Impressions increased by 22.76% over the last year.
  • RFQs have jumped by +9.4% year-over-year.
  • Streamlined navigation leading to increased form fills.
  • Enhanced accessibility with region-specific content in English, German, and Chinese.
