With a fresh canvas, SaviLinx wanted to demonstrate visually and experientially that they excel at their three primary unique selling propositions (USPs):
Understanding that the existing website needed to be more varied and easier to navigate, the SaviLinx team wanted the new website to communicate Savi’s vision and the value they provide, which is a part of their core DNA. They also wanted to boost SaviLinx’s presence in the market and attract and close more sales leads.
With recruitment being a significant focus in the outsource support provider industry, Savi wanted the new site to reflect a strong career and recruitment page that communicated their energy and fun, celebratory work environment.
Finally, SaviLinx wanted to highlight its founder and CEO, a well-recognized leader in the business community, for her thought leadership and contributions to the industry. And Savi wanted all this mixed with Lounge Lizard’s industry-leading SEO to increase visitors, lower bounce rate, and improve brand identity.
SaviLinx’s team clicked immediately with the Lounge Lizard Brandtenders, who crafted this value statement to capture Savi’s true essence: “Elevating the human connection.”
Lounge Lizard built a website that steps away from the traditional call center look and feel. From there, the Brandtenders and Marketing Mixologists crafted a warm, personal design and core messaging reflected in compelling content.
The Lounge Lizard designers envisioned the new website as a sophisticated visual data cloud personalizing the outsource support provider relationship. SaviLinx’s new website uses a cloud-based theme to represent balancing human connections with automation, a step above their competitors when it comes to customer service and efficient systems. This balance was further communicated through user-friendly headlines and elevated copy.
The design team intensely focused on imagery and content that reflected Savi’s approachable culture and emphasized a connection between personalized human relations and advanced technology. The team used interactive animations to signify movement through the clouds and a centered, sticky widget CTA that flows down the page with the user to provide continuity, increase the chances of a connection, and make accessibility a breeze.
Savi had an under-utilized inventory of positive stories and testimonials from customers and employees that the designers wove into the website to build trust and allegiance with site visitors and communicate their inclusive company culture. Also, the design team wanted to accentuate Savi’s leadership position in the outsourcing support provider industry by highlighting the knowledge library, positioning it for continued growth as Savi engages its target audience.
To transform the people management process, a business-critical function for SaviLinx, the Lounge Lizard development team fully integrated UKG HR Integration/Ultipro for human resources, recruiting, and workforce management. There was also an enhanced Careers Page developed that features multi-location job boards, career information, and video testimonials.
Rounding out the website ahead of launch, the development and SEO teams ensured Core Web Vital metrics were operating in top form to increase visibility and browser ranking while ensuring SEO was optimized throughout the site.
The newly launched website exceeded SaviLinx’s expectations by transforming their “old woefully out-of-date site” into a new, refreshed website that exemplifies the brand and stands out in the competitive marketplace. The new website positions the company to attract more customer service team members, as well as business leads from state and federal government agencies, healthcare and insurance organizations, and others that benefit from BPO.
