With a 99% customer retention rate, they serve high-stakes industries, including healthcare, private education, and logistics, ensuring facilities are safer, cleaner, and fully compliant across multiple locations.


Despite their national footprint, OpenWorks faced a digital bottleneck. Their existing Webflow environment had become difficult to scale and failed to communicate the dual nature of their business: providing elite facility services to customers while attracting high-caliber franchise partners. Lounge Lizard implemented a highly agile “Content-Sync” strategy. Because new brand messaging was being developed concurrently by a third-party agency, we built a flexible, component-based design system that could be refined as the final narrative was finalized.
