Lounge Lizard Wins Silver w3 Award For Web Design Project

The viLogics website featuring our custom fortress took home a Silver award at the 17th w3 Awards.

viLogics is a hybrid cloud provider with data centers throughout the United States. The company supports next-generation business technologies and has partnered with Tier 1 vendors.

To illustrate viLogics’ cybersecurity and cloud services, our Brandtenders developed what we dubbed “The Prometheus Project.” It included an impenetrable fortress, including 360-degree interior and exterior cinematic views of a citadel isolated in the Rocky Mountains. 

Why a fortress? They are virtually impenetrable, just like a robust IT solution. This theme is carried throughout the website with custom animations and SEO content. 

The w3 Awards received more than 3,000 entries from web designers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, PR firms, digital agencies, and in-house creative professionals.

Winning entries for The w3 Awards were selected by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), an invitation-only organization consisting of top professionals from a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, web, advertising, and marketing firms. 

In determining winners, entries were judged based on a standard of excellence as determined by the AIVA. Website entries were judged on creativity, usability, navigation, functionality, visual design, and ease of use.
