All About the Mom needed a website to use as an educational branding tool and showcase articles, advice, blogs, offers, and more. The Brandtenders at Lounge Lizard were tasked to create a website that would be a reliable and transparent source of essential baby information that parents can trust. All About the Mom wouldn’t be complete without a logo and icons to help strengthen brand loyalty on the website and across digital marketing platforms.

All About the Mom started as a social media platform and required a website as a home base to share informative articles, expert advice, blogs, offers, and sweepstakes. The website needed to be user-friendly, empowering, and visually appealing, specifically designed for busy moms who are always on the go.

The Brandtenders on the Lounge Lizard team took a modern approach. The team wanted to break the trend of traditional mommy blogs that used muted and bland palettes. Instead, they went with a bolder, more bubbly, and fun approach, with custom iconography, casual title casing for articles, and pops of neon colors. The design was feminine but diverted from the norm.

The result is a design that is visually engaging and relatable to mothers on a fundamental level.

The website design incorporates the 7-second rule of web design engagement, with a user-friendly interface, consistent brand colors, and easy-to-browse posts with filters for different topics, ages, and stages via the mega menu and search functionality.

There’s even an “Ask a Doc” section, where real doctors answer questions submitted by users.

Most important? Busy moms can find the information they need quickly.

From trying to get pregnant and finding baby formula during a pandemic to needing tips for traveling with families and dealing with rebelling teenagers, there’s always a lot going on.
